RULES
On the lake in general the year of 1997., nr XLI. Act of Fishing and it’s regulations, year of 2013., nr CII. Act on fish farming and fish protection, 133/2013. (XII.29.) VM decree on the establishment of certain rules for fish management and fish protection, the provisions of the National Fishing Order and the Local Fishing Order are the guidelines.
The lake is for exclusively sport-fishing, to take fish home is FORBIDDEN, every angler is obliged to carefully return all caught fish to the lake.
Carp Fishing (Boilie)
Fishing is possible only from the stage, anywhere within the sector belonging to the booked swim.
– Only monofilament (minimum 0.35mm) can be used as a main line.
– The use of a monofilament shock leader (shell-resistant) line is mandatory (at least 0.60mm and at a minimum length of 50m).
– Braided main line and shock leader are NOT ALLOWED, Braided line can be used only as a hooklink.
– Only those end-tackles are permitted, where the fish can leave the lead easily in the situation of cut-off. Using swivels and big knots above the lead is NOT ALLOWED.
– Using Leadcore leader is allowed.
– Both barbed and barbless hooks are allowed (up to a maximum size of 2).
– The maximum allowed casting action of the fishing rods is 3.5lb.
– Only using Rod Pods are allowed on the stage, the use of stage stands and pod anchors are PROHIBITED!
– Screwing anything into the stage is FORBIDDEN!
– The use of an electric bite alarm is mandatory!
– The use of a carp cradle, a large landing net and antibacterial spray/carp aid is mandatory!
Catfish fishing
– Fishing is possible only from the stage, anywhere within the sector belonging to the booked swim.
– Fishing from a boat is not allowed.
– Any method of live bait (stupek, floaters, etc.) is allowed.
– The use of heavy-duty monofilament and braided line is permitted.
– To use a mouth spreader and hook releasing tools is mandatory.
– The use of stage stands and pod anchors are PROHIBITED! Screwing anything into the stage is FORBIDDEN!
– The use of an electric bite indicator is mandatory!
– The use of a large mat (ground cover sheet), a large landing net and fish aid kit is mandatory!
– Baiting is only possible with large bait fish.
– Bringing bait fish into the lake area is strictly FORBIDDEN!
– Fish for baiting can be caught in the area of the lake.
– To throw dead bait fish into the water, leave them on the side of the lake or put them in the trash is strictly FORBIDDEN!
Spinning fishing
– For unhooking, you must use pliers and a mouth-opener.
– Any spinning method and artificial bait are allowed.
– Spinning is possible from sunrise to sunset. In your sector you can fish anywhere.
– Spinning from a boat is permitted.
Boat use
– Searching for the best spot, feeding, drop your rig with a boat is allowed and recommended.
– The fight with a fish from the stage/coast is FORBIDDEN, only allowed from a boat! – (unless the weather conditions do not allow the use of the boat).
– Everyone can use the boat at their own risk, we are not taking responsibility for any accidents.
– The use of a life jacket is MANDATORY is all cases!
– Minor children are not allowed in the boat.
– To use a boat under the influence of alcohol or other mind-altering substances is strictly FORBIDDEN!
– Smoking in the boat is FORBIDDEN!
– The use of an electric motor is permitted.
– The use of an outboard (non-electric) motor is NOW ALLOWED!
Feeding
– Feeding can only be done with high-quality boilies, pellets and cooked particle mix.
– The quantity of feeding is not limited.
– Feeding with dog/cat food and other substances of unknown origin is FORBIDDEN!
– The use of boats and bait boats are permitted for feeding and drop off your rig.
– The feeding place can be marked with a deep-water marked, an H-block marker, a marker pole kit and a marker float. Using a plastic bottle, etc. is FORBIDDEN!
– At the end of the session, the angler must remove the used markers from the water.
Fish care
– The use of a large landing net, a thick carp mat (carp cradle) and carp aid kit is mandatory on the shore and in the boat too!
– The landed fish must be returned to the water as soon as possible!
– Storing the landed fish (even for a short time) is FORBIDDEN!
– Marking or mutilating any fish is strictly FORBIDDEN!
– When taking photos, fish care MUST BE the most important thing!
– When the fish is out of the water (weighing, photo) you have to keep everything we (fish, mat, cradle, weigh sling, etc.), especially in summer time, when everything is hot, not just dry.
– Fish injury resulting from carelessness, which clearly leads to the death of the fish, the angler is FULLY financially responsible for it!
– Cruel treatment of fish will result in an immediate BAN!
Environmental and Ethical rules.
– To litter and throw cigarette butts in the entire area of the lake is FORBIDDEN!
– Please collect garbage selectively during your stay
– It is possible to bring a dog to the lake area after prior consultation, bringing in other animals is PROHIBITED!
– Letting the dog free and letting in water is FORBIDDEN!
– To cut down trees, cut back or exterminate vegetation, reeds, in the entire area of the lake is PROHIBITED!
– Swimming in the lake is strictly FORBIDDEN!
– Smoking in the wooden houses is strictly FORBIDDEN!
– To throw away any kind of food and drinks into the water is FORBIDDEN!
– It is only allowed to make a fire/BBQ in the designated fire place!
– Please keep your voice, noise and music level down, do not disturb the peace of the others in the entire area of the lake. Be aware that your voice travels far in this quiet part of the countryside.
– All guests are responsible for the integrity of the wooden houses and its accessories (TV, refrigerator, microwave, beds, etc.). The damage caused must be paid by the guest.
– The electrical equipment, belonging to the wooden house, can only be used at your own risk and according to its intended purpose!
Driving / car rules at The Legend Lake
– The swims are accessible by car.
– The maximum permitted speed in the entire area of the lake is 15km/h.
– To drive a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or other mind-altering substances in the entire area of the lake if FORBIDDEN!
– Leaving the fishing pond without permission is FORBIDDEN! Any kind of leaving must be reported to the staff of the lake!
– All anglers, guests and visitors must be ensured that their vehicle can be checked, on request by the guard or the lake owner in the entire area of the lake.
Failure to read, careless reading or failure to understand the policy does not exonerate from an obligation or sanctions!
Failure to comply with the policy will result in immediate ban!
The issuer of the regional ticket (Füzes Lake Kft.), as a legal entity, assumes no responsibility for accidents and damages in the area managed by it, and also excludes its liability for compensation.
Anglers and visitors acknowledge and accept that CCTV monitored areas in operation throughout the area of the lake.
